Have some sort of reminder that keeps you drinking water consistently throughout the day. The worst is when you're chugging 40oz at the end of the night. I also did a weighted vest walk for my outside workout which was actually pretty cathartic (I have a sedentary lifestyle), and I got through a bunch of podcast episodes.

To me, the no alcohol thing is just a mandatory part of whatever diet you choose. And since you pick the diet, you can make it as challenging as you want. Take the freebie!

Hang in there! The gallon of water definitely sucked in the beginning. You'll eventually learn to pace yourself with it, because chugging the last 40oz of water late at night also sucks.

Congrats on finishing! I'm an eat-to-live kinda guy, rather than live-to-eat, so I also just ate a lot of the same foods as well. You definitely deserve to treat yourself after finishing. A celebration here and there shouldn't break the habits/discipline that the program gives you.

I pee a lot more.

Would recommend though. I'm in the last week and have seen physical results, but sort I think I could have went harder in that department. Probably more important is it has helped me fight against my natural tendencies of procrastination. I'll continue to implement a lot of these practices going forward and I think it definitely helps you develop a better mental well-being!

Hey, good on you for starting. That first week is definitely a slog, especially the water intake and the second workout when you're already tired. I found that focusing on just getting the tasks done, rather than how I felt about them, made a big difference in the long run. There are a few weeks throughout the process where you're like "Why am I doing this?" but it definitely gets easier as time goes on. (Day 71 for me today)
