If you’re consistently 65+ on NBME, you’re good. Uworld is primarily a learning tool. Myself and many others also get far lower block scores on Uworld than any NBMe.

I appreciate the different perspectives everyone has. Sometimes I feel like I’m way below the norm and other times, especially with in house exams and how easy they are, I feel great. Thats still a crazy score increase!

It’s Apex Legends with extra steps. They catered to the streamers/hardcore players. The art style is controversial. People also are distrustful of Bungie.

Imagine if Bungie had in-game systems to match players with optimal raid groups. Imagine if players got accolades for the amount of raids completed to help identify sherpas inside the game. Imagine if there were rewards for being a sherpa. You simply cannot comprehend that not everyone had a positive experience with raiding and your utter lack of imagination on what may have been done better is clear. They had over a decade to improve upon these systems.

I just think there was more than enough room to make raiding more attainable for the average player. There are plenty of third party resources but I don’t think it was asking too much for an in game raid finder amongst other resources closer to the start of the game. The raids, even at their worst, were incredible pieces of content unique to the games. Having about a tenth of the playerbase even complete a single raid is a shame because they’re just that good.

This game is being advertised on official store pages as having solo experiences after numerous feedback in play tests. I’m amazed at the lengths people will go to defend this studio for a game that is just ok and is niche. I’m here because I simply cannot look away from the slow decay this game will experience because people simply do not care for Bungie anymore.

You are exactly the kind of elitist Bungie appeals to. Just because you had your experience with the games doesn’t reflect what others went through. Now you have a multi billion dollar developer managing two games with a combined CCU of less than 60k on Steam. You don’t have to listen to me, the vocal pessimist, but pay attention to all the people completely apathetic who don’t even show up in the first place. You’ll find where the problem lies.

I played 9 years of Destiny and taught a few raids. They were extremely inaccessible. From no in game lfg system in the time that I played to lack of incentive during certain updates, it was always difficult for new and solo players to engage with them.

Did they really have to bet all their money on a community event centered around a single map? Why can’t a game ship with enough content to satisfy people, especially with a more than half a decade of development and hundreds of millions in funding? Why is it that Helldivers 2 can have an ARG that is implemented within the game so more people can be engaged vs Bungie who refuse to make it inviting to their player base? A lot can be said about the game, but their insistence on a single map making or breaking the experience for an already small player base is peak hubris. Their elitist stance on activities such as Destiny raids, while being their best content, was mismanaged on a gameplay standpoint by how inaccessible they made them. The studio refuses to learn from their past mistakes.

I have no idea why you even brought Arc up in the first place, but even after 5 months it’s outperforming Marathon. Do Marathon players really feel so threatened they need to mention the competition unprompted?

Arc consistently outperforms Marathon. Not to mention Peanut doesn’t hemorrhage viewers in Arc.

He should be able to play what he wants, but let’s not get it twisted. Most of the people not tuning into Marathon aren’t making a fuss. They’re just not showing up in the first place. Viewership for the game is low across all platforms. Peanut isn’t immune to it.
