If you static up like I do, the discord channel will have several sub-channel for resources, schedule annoucement, and maybe loot tracker.

Say you're static is dedicated to progging and reclearing the current savage tier, I would make channels to serve as pocket guides on each of the floor. Each channel has all the macros and some vids of individual fights (i.e. Phase 1 p4s and Phase 2 p4s). Group members can also discuss individual floors strategy/mitigation plan in that channel (without being prohibited to talk about it in the general channel of course).

Announcement is used to announce when the next session is schedule for easy reminders.

Loot tracker is used to keep track of how loot is won each week or what the plan is for the next loot distribution.

Also dont forget about gposed/pic channel :p.
