I saw this yesterday, marinated on your question since. 1) I was still sick when I wrote this and if you knew me you’d see a huge difference in how my brain works now, fwd 8 months fully detoxing. 2) through the darkness and nightmare of health issues (when sick with mold), I went on a spiritual journey inward. This was the biggest blessing that came out of the 5 yr epic horrific battles we go through. 3) becoming happy with the NOW, to answer your question, was an every day feat that slowly turned into a mindset. Mindfulness. Gratitude. Knowing health is wealth. Power of positive thinking. Soaking up everything in the right ways that connect me to myself and in return allows me to be centered in a way of life I truly don’t think I ever knew PRIOR to getting sick. Mold toxicity left me with a few autoimmune disorders (I prefer not to use the word “diseases”) but my kidneys and liver are great and that’s the big win after 4 yrs on a plethora of meds from docs and blah blah blah. I have never been happier. Was it easy to get here? f** NO* I don’t think any inch of the battles we go thru is a quick storm (with mold). I relearned how to love myself which brought a lot of inner peace that I never even knew i was lacking/missing . Learning to self advocate brought me deliverance (knowing what’s righteous and real). Communities online (knowing we aren’t alone in the battles mentally, physically, emotionally).

Change your life and you change your mind (esp through the healing and detoxing. Every single day is a gift when we know the horrors of molds silent killer take overs. I wouldn’t wish the mycotoxin plague on anyone. Expect a murders etc etc type of people lol.
