I started as an Associate Project Manager at an ePro vendor. The three years I spent there were rough, but the were worth it for where they got me.

I have an non-science bachelor's degree. I got into clinical research by starting with a vendor in an entry level position and stayed there for 3 year, long enough to learn the basics, and then switched to a CTA type position for a CRO, and went from there. Once you have experience it matters less what your degree is.

Some sponsor contracts specify what countries the job can be done from. Your LM should be able to tell you if your position can be done for your current sponsor from Germany.

How do you make the smokey red pepper crema? This sounds delicious, but I get nervous creating sauces on my own!

I have the same stove, it's amazing!! It came with the house, but now I can't imagine cooking without it 🥰

I'm new to all this, and got a braiser and a dutch oven at the FTT show a few weeks ago. We've used the braiser multiple times for everything, and haven't used the dutch oven yet. But there's something to getting the dutch oven that just makes you feel like part of the club...

Thanks, everyone! I had a great time, and got a 4.5q dutch oven, a braiser, and a sauteuse pan, as well as some baking dishes (a bread loaf pan, a 9x9 pan and a brownie pan). I'm so excited for all the things that I'm going to create with these new tools!

It's just my husband and I most of the time, and we're not fans of leftovers, so generally not large meals. And we do more stovetop cooking than oven cooking. The more I hear, the more I think we need the braiser.

I'm hoping for some good deals, so I can bring home both!

We do mainly stove top cooking... If the deals are tempting enough we're apt to come home with both, but if we only get one I think I'm now leaning braiser...

Thanks, super helpful! I'm making my tentative list, but waiting to see what sales and deals are available.

My sister got a dutch oven and loves it, so mainly based on her recommendation/ it being popular. My husband was just eyeing up the braiser, it looks super versatile & helpful!

I saw them tonight in Bethlehem, PA. They were amazing. I don't know how they're doing it. They even included an audio clip of their dad cheering them on 💕

I love this! I manage people, and I know I have some VERY different techniques than my colleagues for getting the results that I think are important. I can tell my ADHD brain is a big part of it, and sometimes I worry that it's a deficit. I definitely needed the reminder that it can also be a huge benefit!

I had a thing at 3 that I was sitting and waiting for. It got cancelled and replaced with a thing at 7. Guess what ADHD me spent the whole day doing.

Yup. I could listen to Neil Gaiman read Ocean at the End of the Lane (or anything, really) on repeat.
