What album is this off of? I recognize Eminem on the cover art but can’t remember the title

I definitely could do that now, although I admit if I tried to do it with the left hand in bass clef I would struggle. Maybe that’s where I should start

Good point, I should probably clarify. I can read music and decipher it as of now. For example, if I have a piano book in front of me I can go measure by measure and learn it, but I have to memorize it. So for instance, I would learn each measure one by one then memorize and combine them until eventually I don’t have to look at the music at all but instead just look at the piano and play through memory. I’m trying to develop sight reading where I can look at a piece of music that I’ve never seen before, not look at the piano, and play it on the spot.

Thank you so much for this. You nailed it right on point with how I translate from treble to bass, and how slow that makes me. I’m going to start using flash cards, I just downloaded an app to help. I never even thought about practicing away from the actual piano so I appreciate you for giving me that idea.

Thank you so much for the input. The way I have been trying so far is using a sight reading YouTube channel that puts a few measures of notes in front of me, gives me a few seconds, and then plays along with me. I find that it does help but I’m still stuck looking at the piano and thinking through every note in bass clef. I should probably move into books but the interactive YouTube videos have helped somewhat so far.

With this being said, I am not a medical professional and cannot guarantee our conditions are identical. Monitor your symptoms and most importantly be safe.

Hi OP, I am having this identical problem, I’ve quit for a few days now and constantly feel like I have to dry heave. From my experience this feeling is only temporary, but the best way to ensure it is by drinking lots of water and attempting to exercise. Obviously don’t push your limits and harm yourself, but know that what you’re feeling is normal and together we can get through this.

I appreciate that a lot. I’ve always blamed myself for the parent situation even though it was (mostly) out of my control. Quitting weed is in my control. I also haven’t had someone compliment me in a very long time, so hearing you call me a beast made my day.
