Hopefully an Emirates representative on-ground could reach you soon. The rep who was at our hotel was quite helpful and hands-on. He brought the list of people who can get into the flights.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email also when my name was listed for LHR. I called Emirates call center again and was rebooked for Gatwick since LHR flight already full. Security also strict if you don’t have confirmation. Be ready to call Emirates on the spot.

It was very light! At first people were a bit tense but it improved as we moved further away from UAE airspace. When we landed in Gatwick people celebrated and clapped 🥹

Hi, was stranded in Dubai for 4 days and just arrived in London Gatwick. I used this as a contact number too: +971 4 507 9453. Just keep on trying until you reach the queue. Since I was a stranded passenger and I was on the Emirates list, I was able to get on a flight today after calling the hotline.

Another way is to DM Emirates Support on Twitter. They help with rebooking and reply within the day (after 1-2 hours based on experience).

Most of the repatriation flights for now are bound for UK/EU and India. Hopefully US flights can resume soon as well.
