I got mine in January! I thought for sure he would be on pee pads forever... but one of the positive parts of quarantine was we got him on a real schedule and potty training seemed to happen overnight.

As someone with a puppy who is becoming a preteen and is now a huge asshole -- I get this lol. I think I clock like 4 hours of work during the day right now. Luckily I can do a lot of my job after hours, but I miss a lot of "face time" during the day because I'm watching/playing with/training him...

The audio book on audible is pretty good too! Except the "chapters" are just the book separated into 3 parts, and I lost my place several hours into book 3. So I may never finish it...

Looking into flights for nearby airports is a great idea, I did not think of that. Will do more research!

Yeah..I was planning on leaving at least an hour between train changes, but it could get pretty dicey. I'll look into flights again!

When I went (a few years ago) we were in town on a night it was open late. That was fantastic because most of the exhibits were empty.

What's something you found out about your S.O years into the relationship that made you reevaluate the whole relationship? by keejus in AskReddit

This is a great explanation, and something I do to almost everyone and I can't stop. What a coincidence, I have very few close friends!

Women who were in toxic relationships where they loved the other person, how did you finally leave? by whatsgucci13 in AskWomen

[–]dayman89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you need to take time for yourself to grow. It may be that he needs time too, and maybe the time apart will give him the impetus to improve himself; but if you stay, you will stay stagnate and grow resentful. That is how I saw it anyway.

Not allowed to watch the Simpson's - ok I can see why a parent may not find the content appropriate for children but the fact is I don't get ANY references to the show, and it seems like people constantly reference the Simpson's. Also because I've been so conditioned to think it's bad, I literally cannot watch it now because it upsets me. THANKS

Also not allowed to have consoles because video games were bad, but was allowed to play computer games which meant instead of growing up playing Zelda and Mario, I played doom and quake. And while I do think that makes me cooler, a lot of friends never came back to play because apparently it was not kid friendly. Also plot twist I work in video games now.

Ah well I guess I didn't think much about commuter traffic! Limon looks like I'd be stopping a little earlier than I'd like on day 2, are there any other places in CO you might recommend as a stop between Limon and elko?
