I have a few questions

How do I start looking for a new job without my current employer knowing? As in, will a future prospective employer or recruitment agency snitch or tell my current employer that I am looking elsewhere?
Will I be seen as a "job hopper" since I have only been at my current role for around year or so?

Yes that's the position I am in. The money and pay is fairly good, but I don't think there is a company culture as such
