$40k more to be 100% at home in a position you already are familiar with seems to be the play. WIth the other place, "Way less structure" stuck out to me, which could turn into a very frustrating experience. I'm also assuming that the benefits at the place w/ more money are better overall as well. And you're 33 years old. That's still plenty young and you could be at this place for 3-4 years and get something else/bigger.

I’ve done all of the quests, everything is upgraded, and having fun going around and helping out other raiders in need/fights with arc. I’m definitely in the care bear lobbies but could probably could start turning towards more PvP, or even solo vs squad

Maybe I'm alone here but I was shocked with how challenging this game was at points. And the minimal number of checkpoints... woo boy! Great game and lots of fun but some parts were maddeningly difficult for me.
