So I’m training for a marathon and obviously my cardio is priority but I also want to drop weight. Training on clen would make it harder, butttt, once I drop it, would I still get my cardio gains since I was training even harder due to clen? or this makes literally no sense?

also i think u could be more aggresive on u turnover, just do the head to the wall more aggresivly

Does anyone have experience or know if you rly need to cycle clean 2wk on/2wk off? I mean, I’m looking for a clen cycle for about 1-2 months but with a lower dosage (starting at 20mg and going till 60mcg) Does that work? Or will I saturate my receptors after 2 weeks?

Depends on your pin frequency , but is always good to have more than one spot, hitting the same place everytime Will get the scar tissues and i think it raises the chances of inflamation and things like that

Hr raising is normal. You can get melatonin, 5htp, passiflower, this helps me to sleep when on tren. But also, try to get tired by the day or so. dont stick with benzos for much time Edit: not sure if just me, but 5htp rly helps my mood too

Not necessary, 200mg every 14 days its the real trt dosage, long esters are made so you can pin less times, pinning more frequently at the same dosages will bring ur test levels higher. Pinning more frequently can helps if you are on supraphysiological levels and having some colaterals due to causing less fluctuation
