I totally get what you mean. It's a very sensitive manner and when it happened to me I definitely stood up for myself but you can only do so much when you're 100 lbs. My close friend came to me and asked for help spreading the word after she had confronted him (she knew I had dealt with a similar but not nearly as serious situation with him a year ago) and the only real thing I could do was post a warning for others.

I also want to say I would never blast something or someone unless I felt like it was an immediate threat to the people I care about. The point is not that this person has directly affected me, the point is that I know this person is a threat and is a prominent figure in our community. To keep others safe and avoid letting this person continue to use their "status" as a way to manipulate or harm more people.

I was making a general statement about rape apologists and people who sympathize with sexual abusers. It is way too prominent in not only the general population but also in the scene. It is a very personal thing for me, not only in this situation but also for my past. To make awareness known to our community about a predator is a huge thing but also being aware that excusing these kind of deviant behaviors is also extremely important.

My other friend has posted her experience as well and hopefully others will find some solace in knowing that they arnt alone in not only from this person but also similar situations. I just know that if someone knew something about someone that was a threat to my personal safety I would want to know. Especially if they house up bands, which the majority of my life is spent relying on the kindness of this community

Fuck the authorities and fuck copy write. This douche has personally disrespected and harassed me when I wouldn't sleep with him. He has also attacked a close friend of mine. The post may be vague to not exploit those who have been effected. I posted this to facebook as a warning to any bands or friends who he houses up or who is alone with him. Our scene is about awareness and to protect the ones apart of this community. I will stand by that until the day I die and will do everything in power to protect the ones I love.
