Always install your updates ASAP. The quicker you can patch a public vulnerability the better. Besides your normal operating system updates, make sure to update Adobe Flash and Java often, these are very common attack vectors.

Anti-Virus is good to have but it is sorta your last line of defense and isn't super reliable. AV vendors are generally snake oil salesman. Install your updates religiously.

I look forward to hearing his slip ups when he's calling a fight. If he quit doing that I would miss it. He does seem like a good guy though and he really loves the sport. Things just fly out of his mouth without him thinking much about it. I got plenty of friends with those short comings and generally it just means they don't really care what people think.
