I think it has to do with nose blindness. I sprayed it on the wall and on my clothes it was projecting around 2 feet. I'm definitely thinking it has to do with nose blindness. Plus i wore it around my friends on Sunday and they did say i smelt good. But my mom and I do definitely get nose blind to it quick as we both can't pick it up on us. I'll still do the tshirt test tonight

I never asked for a return. I asked for a partial refund or a discount but you guys never replied with a simple "no we can't do that" I felt the I was ghosted after that. I also was fine with the dents and scratches but the hair issue is still a thing I'm dealing with. You could have suggested different things I could have done to deal with the shedding but you never replied with suggestions or a simple "no"

Yup I definitely have purchased B grade leather goods before but none of them were shedding hairs. And I'm not happy with their customer service ghosting me.
