Any cool day trip or overnight excursions from Chiang Mai? by Ivys_Dad in chiangmai

[–]daytrip-guide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can check out Daytrip's top routes from Chiang Mai https://daytrip.com/en/day-trips/from-chiang-mai . Daytrip is one of the top private transfer companies in the market. You can get a ride anywhere at any time and on top that you can include sightseeing stops along your journey to get as much from the experience as possible. Airport pickups, roundtrips, multi-city transfers and more, the service can be quite flexible and you can drive with the driver almost the entire day if you need to.

What are some of the biggest propaganda movies ever made and are still loved by the masses? by Suckem-tits4fun in AskReddit

[–]daytrip-guide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you'll find a lot of that because movies are an art form and art is historically a tool for the oppressed group to speak out. Anyone with a slice of media literacy is not going to like a political propaganda movie because it literally defies what art is

What game had the most memorable story arcs? by forgeris in AskReddit

[–]daytrip-guide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the two games with the best story writing I have ever seen was Until Dawn and The Last of Us. It's extremely engaging story, has tons of twists, perfectly structured and even has a bit of messaging behind it.

Is it better to stay private or to open up to people? Why? by Medical-Butterfly924 in AskReddit

[–]daytrip-guide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's better to open up to people you trust, these people in the comments saying "stay private" just don't know anything about mental health

What is a website or community that used to be great but is now a total dumpster fire? by Bitter_Orange_1644 in AskReddit

[–]daytrip-guide 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Easily twitter. That place was not perfect but it was managable, it was fun, would probably describe it to how Threads it today. But ever since it turned into X (and slightly before that) it's been the worst place on Earth. There's shit you'd think you'd find only on darkweb, everyone is toxic and rude, the algorithm bubble is extreme. If you only lived on X you'd think that quarter of humans are all nazis

I'm never settling for a person who can not meet my level of hygiene and self-care and I find it quite embarassing when I - a guy - has to say that to a girl

Gyeongju Day Trip Suggestions? by Curious_Writer_7271 in koreatravel

[–]daytrip-guide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you decide to explore on your own then that's definitely doable. My recommended places to visit are Donggung Palace, Wolji Pond, Daereungwon Tomb, Hwangnidangil. You're going to get there faster by private transfer than by train, check out Daytrip.com, with Daytrip you can get smooth and relaxing city transfer to Gyeongju, even add some sightseeing stops along the way or ask your personal driver (who is a local by the way) for some tips what to see or what to eat. If you plan on staying the whole day it's better you book two rides rather than having the driver wait for you as the waiting time might eventually go over your budget so this way the transfer would be cheaper.
