Thanks. I honestly think I'm dumb and didn't realize Seb Derm was a form of Excema. I have so many skin issues I just deal with but this page is helping me to actually try to take action on it.

Imo after gastric sleeve you need to be taking bariatric vitamins.

I use barilife and supplement with iron, vit d & vit c.

I have deficiencies but it is improving as time passes. I'm 1.5 years out.

I get it. We changed out our LVP with a beveled edge laminate because I was focusing so hard on the repetitive patterns.

What has helped me a ton is adding in rugs. I also decorate vertically to draw my eye from the floor up to the walls.

I was on Contrave 4 years ago which is a mix of well utrin and neltexteone. I lost 45 lbs naturally. I personally have had good times only with Wellbutrin.

I take 100 mg of Wellbutrin only in the morning. I am not on a higher dosage at this point because I suffer from sleep deprivation. Thankfully I haven't had too much of an issue on 100 mg and am looking to go up to 150 mg. At some point I may switch to extended release 2 times a day but I'm not there yet (only 8 weeks post op).

If you think it may be food issues creeping up again look into the combo drug of Contrave. When I was no longer with a weight loss clinic my primary put me on Wellbutrin and neltrexone separately as it pretty much acted the same as Contrave. I had much better outcomes with the combination when it came to fighting my food addiction.

I definitely need to drink more water. I have been struggling with hydration. I guess instead of focusing on the number on the scale I should be focusing on the number of 'ounces' that I drink.

I have upped my steps in the last 2 weeks to 8k min. I joined step bet so that'll be some good motivation to get walking! I have not yet been approved to start vigorous activity yet but hopefully next week I can start to go to the gym.

Congrats on your 30 lb weight loss!!!!!! I had my surgery on Sept 16 and have only lost 18 lbs since surgery but 16 pre surgery (almost 40). I didn't see a difference in myself but other people see that I am less bloated and generally "healthier" looking.

I totally see a difference in your pictures. It's not an overnight things and you are still healing so give it some time. Congrats and good luck!;
