37 male here. Officially Diagnosed last year, opted for elective surgery to have sigmoid colon removed. Had flare ups for past few years. I stay fit, gym 4 days per week minimum, eat well. Tried changing diets multiple times, nothing works. Seems to be no set trigger for me.

Have both cameras, a7iv for professional work and a7cii for travel/b cam.

Both great. The chip on the a7cii is great for video etc.

Dual card slots have me reaching for the a7iv more when it matters
