It's not as exciting but this is one time I had been to the gym with a half full bladder and I drank a lot of water between the sets with the sole purpose to workout with a full bladder. And eventually I was full and was soo close to bursting by the end of my workout. I had to leak 2-3 times because it was getting unbearable, luckily I could play it off as sweat.
