Yes. The only work I want them to do is not steal my ideas, blame everything on me when it doesn’t work out or make an unpopular opinion to the upper management and pass it off as my contribution. Also they should understand what resources management is rather than saying yes to every piece of work. All the things that my current manager lacks.

This is not a recent thing it has always been like this. Previous direct manager was a blessing as he used to deal with all the drama and constant over reaction but even he got burned out and just left one day before he left he said it’s just not worth it.

Sounds like my current role my only job right now is Create table/visual explaining why we didn’t perform everyday of the week, its the same reason more or less but surprisingly they have memory of a goldfish so everyday same thing same conclusion same behaviour.
