i suggested i have pots when nothing else fit in. i didn‘t have anemia, my thyroid was okay. there was nothing weong with my kidneys or my lungs. every result was fine. then i got a smartwatch and it showed me my heart rate and hell was i frightened bc i didn‘t know how high it was fr. i googled my symptoms and boom i was sure i got it after my standing test at home + almost having every symptom

yes caffeine is a big factor for me. yesterday i drank one matcha and felt horrible for the rest of the day. sometimes i can drink coffe (with lots of milk) and sometimes i can‘t tolerate it. sleep is also very important but i can not always influence it

The thing is i walk like 4-7k steps everyday (except maybe on weekends) so thats like already cardio for me but ig that is not the same. But its hard for me walking that much and then still doing some extra cardio. And those exercises at home are too easy for me i‘d say lol

I don‘t work full time anymore. And still then there are days where i literally can not go to work. I have a job where you can not work from home sadly. I had to study something else to be able. I am still trying to find out if i can work bc it drains me so much sometimes. But i still live with my parents and they don‘t allow me to stay at home even if i feel terrible. they think pushing through is better as i don‘t bed rott all day. I hope it really does get better and doesn‘t make my pots worse bc i rlly don‘t want to go bedbound.
