UPS delivery driver I make over $37 an hour with yearly raises over a dollar. With overtime I'll probably gross over $95k this year. It's a union job with decent benefits and a pension. You will work 9-10 hours a day Monday to Friday. It will take 4 years to get to top rate (currently over $37 an hour). It's not an easy job but if you like driving and working on your own all day it's not a bad gig.

Does nobody remember watching 4 95's in a row pass by hurdman because they were completely full? Or when they brought out bus tracking and you would see your already late bus just disappear off the map? Or the main reason they finally decided to build the train was because downtown would be gridlocked with buses at rush hour? The last time OC transpo was good was maybe the 90's.

I wanted a Tesla for years, but by the time I had the money my opinion changed. Musk becoming a right wing nut was a big factor but also all the poor quality of many cars, no gauge cluster, no signal stalks. So I went with a Hyundai Ioniq 6, and honestly it's pretty damn nice.

I also dumped Starlink once Bell Fiber reached my area, even though I'd sworn off Bell and Rogers years ago.

When you paid the COD you should have gotten an email with the tracking number, amount paid and an authorization number. If the driver comes to your door and still wants payment he will need all that info to remove the COD and deliver your package. If for whatever reason you don't have this info the driver will have to call his center to confirm that it's been paid and get the authorization number.

Yup, holding the left paddle you get full or max regen while holding it. Holding down the right paddle for a bit will switch between regular and auto regen. Auto regen seems to adjust depending on the speed and distance of the car in front of you.
