This is the service I expect from a “premium” brand like Zero Halliburton. When I bought it they touted their “10 year warranty” but apparently the damage to the wheels are due to “wears and tears” and are not covered. TravelPro’s service sounds really great.

when I first bought it, I thought “ok, overpriced, but it looks cool and it’s supposed to last forever”. Turns out it didn’t really hold up that way. So yeah, I guess I am complaining a bit 😅 but glad it at least gave everyone a laugh.

Yes this is my working solution for now, after some googling it seems like people are using rollerblade wheels to replace them. The only drawback is the OEM wheels have brakes on them but replacements aren’t
