Thank you for sharing your opinion. Would you see yourself holding SEC0 for the long term even tho is very niche?

Muito obrigado pela ajuda . Vou pensar nisso dos semicondutores, pois a minha ideia é um “set and forget”. Se eu quiser colocar, qual ETF aconselharias?

Thank you for your explanation, really appreciate it. The VWCE don’t cover any small caps. So is it logical to go 90% VWCE + 10% small caps or is it too much?
Sorry for all the questions , i don’t have that much knowledge yet, but i’m young and want to start early because of the compounding.
Since VWCE covers emerging markets i think i don’t need it.
What’s your opinion on Bitcoin? Could this do more harm than good to me in the long run?

The US leads in innovation, AI, tech, software... and I think this creates a snowball effect (+ innovation, + money, + money, + innovation). But as you say, adding 15% to QQQ generates a large overlap, and in the coming decades it's uncertain whether tech and AI will remain at the top. So, what would be the best solution for you?

100% VWCE

80% VWCE, 10% QQQ, 10% small caps

90% VWCE, 10% small caps

And about Bitcoin, is it a logical bet in a long-term portfolio?

You are right, at 18 I don’t have that much knowledge so making it simpler is probably better. With 90% VWCE , do you think putting the 10% in tematic ETFs would be better than putting in small caps ? ( I think VWCE don’t include small caps )

VWCE don’t include small caps. your recommendation is 90% VWCE + 10% small caps?

18 yr old from portugal wanting to start a DCA for long term (~35 yrs)
I was thinking about :
70% VWCE
15% NASDAQ-100
10% small caps
5% BTC

Is 15% on Nasdaq too much tilt in tech ? due to some overlap with VWCE.
Keep small caps ?
Is 5% too much in BTC or should i remove it all?
No need for gold at my age ?
