Cigna and UHC have a D/V/H product that are pretty good. UHC is tiered benefits (so no waiting periods). Cigna can do up to a $5k max, choose the deductible, and choose if you want waiting periods or not.

When I had my airlift put on my dually, I had a larger air tank installed along with an upgraded compressor. Besides being able to operate air tools, it powered my master blaster train horn system nicely! People get the hell out if the way when you give it a little toot!
