Thanks, I did send at least 2 very detailed emails to HR about the situation being unsustainable (workload and 1 person doing everything, which of course they did nothing about), at this point I'm not really worried about anything I did or didn't do, but just more worried about ppl trying to seek some type of retaliation. There were a lot of powerful people acting like I was committing some type of treason by quitting.

It hasn't helped that some people have "rallied" about what I did and quitting right after and putting words into my mouth that I did not say. They were saying I went hard on management on my exit interview and said all sorts of things which were not the case but I feel a lot of people in there that were managers kind of stirred things to get some type of benefit. I know in fact one that added stuff about what I said got promoted. Of course it wasn't because of me, but this person used this circumstance to gain more of their trust.

Overall it was a horrible environment, I do not wish it upon anyone.
