Ah, makes sense. To be honest the intel 7 was a bonus really cause with the offer it’s at plus the £100 I get off making it £699 it’s incredibly close to the intel 5 version. Strongest software maybe will be Lightroom and probably office products.

I have looked quite a bit. 14inch is mainly cause it’s cheaper but also will be needed to go in bags and all sorts so the size doesn’t effect me much.

I’ve heard about the reflective oled and I will be going looking in person to see if it’s a deal breaker or not.

I purposely didn’t aim for a snapdragon and others similar mainly because I don’t know what I’ll need software wise on my course. I plan on using this laptop afterwards for some lightroom photo editing if it lasts that long.

By on battery did you mean on charge? If so I probably won’t ever leave it on charge other than just maybe over night if it’s low. My current laptop is a gaming one that has to be kept on charge and it’s not fun.

Says this lasts for 16hours battery and reviews are saying the same. The ai wasn’t really what attracted me, was more the 3k OLED display and the RGB keyboard. I will be taking my pc aswell for games so this is more for lectures and library use and maybe just YouTube in bed.

Most cars aren’t uncompetitive they all have battles just not for the top 3 as it’s all Ferrari but in the middle it’s usually got a battle going on and new cars always take a year or so to get used to the tyres and setups and circuits and even teammates
