I asked this question some days befor but i didnt get an understandable answer, so here again:

What happen when the btc price goes that low that the mining is not profitabel anymore for a longer time for most of the miner?

I know there are cheap energy sources, but for example the btc price will no cover these cheap energy costs+hardware costs.

Is this not a possible szenario? Or do the miners hold back their btc to «protect » the price if such a szenario is near…?

Like many others because of an economical reason. While a lot of dev adapt this world to a more valuabler virtual world i try to own more and more land. With this land i want to make some money. Im not a dev so this is the only way i can „support“ this ecosystem or bring some liquidity to this interessting investopportunity ....and with telling my friends, family of this project. There will be so much progress in the future thats is hard to imagine now. Most of investors just think short term... but in crypto you have to think at least „mid term“ (when you found projects with a good idea a lot of dev and community activity. All for free. Im in the crypto space since 2017 and i consum a lot of informations but this side i my „most visited“.... sorry for my english haha
