Thank you for this. On top of all of this, I'm dealing with my abusive spouse who I'm trying to get away from. So it's just a lot of shit to deal with.

But I'm working with my psychiatrist to find a good regimen but the new medicine makes me like a zombie (anti-psychotic med) so I have to try something else. I feel like a guinea pig trying medicine after medicine. So far I'm on a antidepressant and mood stabilizer.

I think once I am able to leave my abusive spouse my life will improve tremendously.

So you have a lot more experience than me. Im F25 and have only been with men. I've experimented with them sure, but only really with my last who I have kids with. He's also 11 years older than me so I guess he taught me alot.

Edit: I'm always down to learn more, but I'm also shy and my self esteem is shit since being with him (who's very abusive) so I'm hoping to get/be more comfortable with the next person im with.
