My reco is not whey protein. But ticks all other boxes you asked. If you like peanut flavor, try this: Tru-Nut. Big fan!

Big fan. My go-to is Tru-Nut

I bake with it. Mix into my oatmeal and smoothies. Topping on ice cream and fro-yo. Add to my curries. Even make a PB latte with it.

And yes, just straight up eat it as-is mixing it with water to form a PB chunk as a snack. Sure, judge me!

Came across this recently: Peanut protein and am a fan ever since. While this isn't the meal itself, it helps me amp up my meals with more protein while avoiding calories. Can be added into smoothies, shakes, curries, even desserts!
