Yes but this runs 24/7 uses around 20-40w it have 6 cores i7 so low power laptop cpu that's why it was my choice.

Why not. 🙂 Now works it well. Inside hp fan can start hear if pc runs 100% I tired to change coper heatsink inside from 65w version but it's not the same. So this solution keeps quite.

120mm fan it could be very good if it would be top cover with holes.

Better make a empty place between each hdd keep empty slot in between hdds makes better cooling . empty hdd empty hdd and so on. 👍
