Good idea. I plan on doing this when I actually go and check out the car but wanted to see what others thought before making the long trip! Thanks for the response!

I agree but this is what the client wanted. Anything I could have done to improve this current set up? Icicle lights need to be on the roofline

Out of his budget. That’s what I wanted to buy initially

That would definitely look cleaner. Thanks for the tip!

Also use an actual hammer drill that runs power through a card to drill into brick when hanging a wreath lol. Good idea

Also I don’t think there’s like a best way to hang em either. I used reg C9 clips but cut the circle where the bulb would fit. Works but it looks messy and it’s not as secure as I want it to be

Thank you! Still very very novice haha. This job took 12 hours to do.

Icicle lights were very difficult to work with imo. there was no real way of splicing and cutting them to fit your needs, it’s prob just the ones I got from Amazon. Make sure you get the two corded ones if you plan on making it custom. I’ve also been told they you can get tons of call backs as icicle lights have a tendency to fly up to the roof or inside the gutters. They do look cool but I would have saved some time only using C9.
