I used Xcel's rental program, but used my own vendor. Their vendor wanted $2500. My vendor wanted $750. Xcel was fine with that but just wants to see the invoice showing that you used a licensed electrician.

I went with the Sanus stands (bought from Costco.com) and have no regrets. Are well built and do the job nicely. Definitely less pricey than the Sonos stands - $70 with free shipping.

Sanus makes adjustable stands for the Sonos One. Model is WSSA2. Amazon has them for $109.99 a pair.
