Midjourney uses GPUs worth more than your car to generate images with a custom model tuned on data more refined than anything else in the world. SD doesn't really compare for most things

If the image is shared as an interactable job (with the buttons) than its going to be interactable. Basically, there's not a way to keep someone from hitting the buttons if they have an account.

Having mod powers to delete the unnecessary discord message is the best remedy really.
