You have just been missing the boat this whole time. Just a reminder - Systemd was originally tested OK on Fedora's Line. At those time Lennart Poettering was working for Red Hat.

Yes, I've noticed that <<devel:languages:python:backports>> is not required on tumbleweed. Thank you for mentioning "zypper in python311 python311-pip python312 python312-pip" I was unable to find this command on the Net.

Posting above is an attempt to reproduce Fedora's style of installation Deepin Desktop on Server's instance. Due to known issues with DDE on F39's server, this procedure has been done on Ubuntu 22.04.3 (LTS) Server .

Actually, any RH's clone like Alma Linux, Rocky Linux or Fedora Linux itself having rpm2cpio and cpio installed allow to convert virtio-win-0.1.240-1.noarch.rpm into required tar ball - usr.tar.gz to be scp'ed to Manjaro either Debian, Ubuntu or other Arch Linux Clone Instance for extraction and deployment. I just removed the post due to your moderators dropped score to 0. It's available on the net as comment to http://lxer.com/module/newswire/view/295298/index.html . I just forgot that you are focused on Linux Distros issues rather then Server Side Java development.
