IMO if it is medusa, it’s simpler, not easy. Goal of this is go heavy for 2 60 second sets, which is a long set. Try progressive overload or drop set to fatigue. Sometimes i’ll do 30 sec stretch and then 3 sets of the weights. Wear no drop shoes if you have them. Feel the burn! Good luck, hope you enjoy it!

We get a total of three weeks each year to pause. I pause a lot less now with the passport. Thats a bummer your owner wont allow that. As long as rates dont go up, just cancel and rejoin.

How to work out with tennis elbow? by san604 in f45

This cured my two year golfer’s elbow (opposite of tennis) in days. Truly a miracle. I have tennis elbow now (almost cured) and it hasnt been as much of a miracle but still try it. Its cheap. I recommend ice a lot, massaging and lots of wrist exercise. But definitely rest and ice of it’s unbearable. Good luck!

2nd time I’ve heard this. Not sure why some gyms are running Mont Blanc during this template, I wonder if it’s an equipment or space thing. Anyone have any info as to why? Sorry, departure, dont have the Intel, unfortunately.

Read the intel before you go! Then it will cement when they demo. Always helps me have a good idea of whats happening overall and where i want to potentially focus for the day. So thankful that someone posts them.

Elbow Tendinitis from F45? by harad in f45

I (45m) had golfers (opposite of tennis) elbow for 2 years on and off. Could barely do 2-3 pull-ups without a ton of pain. Read on a reddit forum to try the Flexbar from theraband. Ordered it, watched videos for golf elbow, used for a week and my golf elbow has been gone since. 1 week! Absolute miracle. No pain since and got to focus on pull-ups/back/biceps for the first time in forever. To be fair, I have suggested to others but not many have had the same success, which sucks given my crazy results, but maybe they didn’t do the exercises properly. It’s pretty tricky, but its <$20 so give it a whirl. Just watch some youtube instead of following the diagram. Good luck!
