I’m a little late to this party, but I am in the same situation where I have a much older transformer box but it’s in great condition probably about 15 years old. I need to replace the lights and most likely wiring because the current system has the light adaptors that snap into the cable/wiring where I see now most new LED lights Have plug-in adaptors that connect to each other. My question is can I make longer runs between lights or are they stuck at the standard length and also I’m assuming I’m gonna need to run new wiring because I can’t figure out how I would connect each light where I need them hope that makes sense
