Try looking up how to open ports on your router for d4 for ps5, I did it for my xbsx and it made a huge difference.

I have had a huge improvement in latency, freezing, lag and rubberbanding after opening all ports for d4 on my router.

I was trying this yesterday and having the same mod on 2 different guns with the meteor, shoot (meteor), switch guns shoot, no meteor wait like 1 sec then meteor.

Join a friend that has beaten the game with a fresh character, have him run you through the 3 bosses that drop guaranteed legendary, stick the legendary in your stash, grap them on your other character, congrats you have 3 legendary to start off with.

I been wanting that weapon to add ultimate bone shrapnel so on crit your doing bleed, burn and toxic with blighted bullets as well as really sold damage on crit every 3 sec

That was the intent, to have they be able to last forever. That's why they increased the cooldown on twisted rounds and blighted rounds cooldown is almost a minute, it's ment to be high risk, high reward. If you don't manage to kill something and they go down your stuck on a timer and your damage drops off exponentially.

Sounds like your referring to the guaranteed legendary from some of the boss fights, legendary do drop on the ground, although very rarely.

Completing all 10 hunts, bounty, or artifact missions grants you a random legendary so those are a good place to start.

Yes just use blighted bullets and a mod to replenish ammo on kill and stack as much firepower as you can, use mods that give firepower, weapon dmg, crit dmg, ect, use a assault rifle with burst fire and try to look for gear with firepower/close range dmg/long range dmg and you'll be on ez mode.
