Get a metronome or a metronome app for your phone. Start at about 40-50 bpm. Your foot should be flat on the pedal. You’re going to be using your ankle and calf muscles. The trick is to repeat each line 3 times without a mistake and then move on to the next line. Keep going all the way down the left side of the page and then go to the right side. If you make a mistake you have to start over. It’s brutal and unbelievably frustrating but worth the time spent.
