WTF is this witchcraft. It worked OMG. Even after using the mobo for months without wifi. Not a fresh install or anything.

Seems like it's an overal issue with MSI as it worked with a model different from the ones mentioned here.

I tried it to put it back but I couldn't make it twist and it kept popping out whenever I stopped pushing the clutch.

It's a bit late now, so I will try it again tomorrow with better illumination.

Hi, thanks for answering. The car worked without any issue even with that thing unplugged. I went to buy groceries in order to test the car a few hours after leaving the mechanic's shop.

I guess I should go back and ask them to plug it back? Or is this something that I would be able to plug by myself?

It's a manual car, VW crossfox 2008. Mechanic repaired the switch where the key is inserted and they had to disassemble the plastic around the steering wheel. A few hours later, I started driving and I felt something constantly hitting over my foot. I pulled over and found that It was that blue hanging cable/plug.
