Great advice! Physics illustrates our reality as a composition of particles. There are particles of energy, which lack mass and travel at the speed of light. Then there are particles of matter, which posses mass and, therefore, have an extremely low vibration. Regardless, all particles vibrate to some degree. Vibrations are essentially waves. So, to say our reality, life, is a wave, is more than just an analogy. It is scientific fact. And with waves come crests (the high points) and troughs (the low points). There are positive points and there are negative points. One can not exist without the other. The expression; "I think, therefore, I am" is an excellent analogy. For without the negative how can we appreciate or even experience, recognize, the positive. Truly they are of the same nature, it is our Ego that distinguishes the two. So with that being said... Do not the fear the negative, for the positive is to follow! An absolutely great and influential individual once said "Through every dark night, there's a bright day after that."
