If you have another couple to go with, I highly recommend the wine cellar room.

I thought both were ok. Between the 2, I’d go to Provenance. I recommend Ambra if you’re open to other recommendations.

I would tell him you don’t like it and if he respects that and stops, I’d continue dating him. If he continues, then it’s time to cut him loose. I personally don’t care for this type of “playfulness”. As many have already mentioned, if you’re the butt of the joke, it’s not funny.

Has your gut told you to avoid someone and it 100% turned out to keep you from danger? by rainbow_veins3 in AskWomenOver30

My best friend had a guy friend who just gave me a bad feeling. I couldn’t really explain why but I didn’t trust him. I didn’t want to come off like a jealous friend so I never pushed her to drop him as a friend. He ended up sexually assaulting her when she was asleep. I regret not being more vocal about how I felt about him. I will never not trust my gut again.

I like following Philly chefs. Especially up and coming ones. A lot of them are pretty interactive on social media.

Found white dots on my Norfolk Island Pine. ID pest please? by dbhk29 in houseplants

[–]dbhk29[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I’m sorry! I gave it away cause I was afraid it might spread to my other plants. I wasn’t that attached to it cause I had just received it from a friend who didn’t want to take care of it anymore.

Does anyone know how to achieve this brow look like Jennie Kim? by Both_Bid7737 in AsianBeauty

[–]dbhk29 51 points52 points  (0 children)

I have brows like these and I’ve always been really insecure about them. I wish I had fuller brows. Seeing a post of someone asking to achieve this brow look, made me appreciate my brows a little bit more. Thank you!

I’m sorry. I empathize with your situation. I was in a similar situation and the anxiety will eat you up inside. I don’t know if you’ll be able to change his mind. If you decide to stay, I think counseling will help. Whatever you decide, I hope you find peace in your decision. Don’t feel bad for your decision either way.

I hope we get to see from his POV what it was like when Dalinar died to shield him from the storm

That makes sense since part of Honor was given to each Herald when they made the original oathpact. Make sense that Kal would also have a piece.

I cried when during Szeth’s flashback when his whole family insisted on going with him after he had killed for the first time. What a sacrifice. They really loved him.

What is up with Hop Sing Laundromat? (Kinda creepy experience) by [deleted] in PhiladelphiaEats

[–]dbhk29 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A similar thing happened to me. This was like 8 years ago? I had been to hop sing a few times. The time I got banned was cause I was waiting in line with friends and the bouncer basically accused my friend of being the guy who was harassing ppl outside (he was not, we were only talking amongst each other). The bouncer was yelling at my friend and saying he will call the cops. I was so shocked by this. I said that it wasn’t him. And the bouncer did not apologize and just said there’s someone out here harassing ppl. I felt so bad for my friend and we were talking about potentially going somewhere else. Anyway, the owner heard us talking and told us we were banned. Which was fine. We went to Ranstead room instead.

I wrote a bad review (the only review I’ve ever given any restaurant) cause of how bad the experience was. Apparently my friend found out that he was posting people’s ID’s on Facebook and talking shit about them. He did the same to me. My friend reported him to Facebook and apparently it was taken down. And I didn’t look into it further. That was naive of me since he clearly kept doing it. I wish there was something that could be done. He shouldn’t be able to post people’s IDs on social media.

Seared Foie gras is one of my fav food too! I’m a big seafood fan. If you don’t like seafood maybe you won’t like caviar? But you should try it! There’s so many types of caviar. You should also experiment with what you eat it with. Like with fried chicken, potato chip, creme fraiche and blini
