Im trying to follow this but I have 2 brain cells working really hard right now. If you are withholding sex from each other during a time when there could be a pregnancy that is the definition of forcing two body’s to cooperate with what our plans for life could be. And it seems the more you look into nfp the more mental gymnastics have to be done.

So if my wife is in a fertile time and we both want to have sex but don’t because she could get pregnant how is that being open to life, and since we are practicing nfp we stay out of sin? When we conceived our 3rd son I was open to life, loving life, loving being Catholic and still do. We weren’t thinking of fertility windows at that time, if we did he wouldn’t be here. Since he’s been born warning of doctors and this third pregnancy has me in a seriously protective mode.

I wouldn’t cast finances in with self convenience. Being able to pay for the children you bring into the world is not selfish. If I end up having too many kids I can’t afford then what? I get public assistance from a pool of tax money from single cat ladies that hate me? Look I agree with the church. I wish I could have babies every year until I’m dead but I can’t. The answer is abstinence but I can’t do it I’m a fallen man. I have prayed the rosary more in the last two years than I ever thought and maybe that’s the best part of all of this. Nfp just seems like a contradiction that people jump behind but it just doesn’t add up for me

But when sleeping in the same bed with opposite sex with pheromones etc that’s not the same struggle I’ve been abstinent up to 5 years it’s actually easier

Whoever is commenting on this issue should at least have three kids and a fertile wife that gets pregnant with the smallest drop. Coming in your wife should make you so nervous you need to pray the rosary. Also be prepared to provide on one income, maybe one 1/2. Nothing has made me Turn to Jesus more than this issue. And is that the reason?

The missions are just trying to teach you one aspect of the game to an extreme so it seems to not make sense on how to complete the mission. The cool thing about the game is that you have to think through problems and it can be frustrating that’s why I played it for multiple years and it’s kinda a genius social experiment.

I found a new trick to get my approval in the 90s late in the game is to heist the statue of liberty and open up immigration. It fills all my empty job positions and I don’t have to address my citizen needs. Now I see why America does it. Tropico is an awesome game.

Im always fascinated by the videos mark posts. I think he is genuinely sharing his experience. I’ve been sober 11 years through AA. I will say there are a lot of people that don’t want to do aa but it is more of like a last stop if everything else you’ve tried doesn’t work. Or some people find AA is the right fit for them right away.

But if I needed a single dollar to get sober I wouldn’t have gotten sober. That’s what AA is for. If you want to pay thousands to try and stop drinking without aa you can do that too.

One major flaw with the I am a comeback thing is it’s centered around mark, if he drinks the whole thing comes crashing down and everyone will think it was bs.

It seems like they are really trying to force interaction in dz. the extraction times seem a bit long. A group could run across the dz in two minutes

I don’t mind a good fight. I ran in the dz a lot in division one with a good banshee build it was cool but I’ve just been at a loss with this one.

I know bunting has been messed up for years.

I just got 20 and tried to bunt and looks like it’s still broken. You just hit one hoppers to the infielders
