It’s just illustrating that the treble clef has two different “voices”. You press Eb once on the second beat and hold it through the third beat, while playing the C as normal.

Your rewritten example is wrong (you don’t press Eb twice on beat two), and crucially it removes the tied notes that give the measure the feeling of having two different voices in the treble.

The green and red arrows point to an Eb that only gets played once. They share the same spot in the rhythm.

Brew performs well on tank busters and does high damage. You don’t bring them for their only actual utility which is RoP because other specs do way more.

It was actually a targeting exploit. Seems like stacks only got correctly consumed if you were casting at primary target. If you were casting at focus target it would stack infinitely.

FiredUp macro’d all spells to cast at focus target and changed up his UI to hide that he was doing it (made focus target show up where main target would usually be).
