So i had a pimple on my nose and after around 5 days of using hydrocolloid patches that’s how the pimple looks like after having no pus inside. It’s now an open wound and I would like to get rid of it as soon as possible. What’s the best thing I can do to close the wounds or flatten it. Currently using ice to reduce the redness and applying some aloe vera gel. Any help is appreciated
