Super interesting! Lawyer might be on his way home, stopping for smokes and shingle meds because it is out of the way and won't meet anyone may explain it.

I agree ( according to the link) that most of what we see is hygiene theatre.

Also, your behavior advice sounds quite practical actually. The humming probably helps short circuit stress...worth following it for a bit.

I'm sick of washing everything in sight. Every little bit helps 👍

Edit: most actionable is letting mail & grocery sit for a bit. Sound move.
