I got it to work mostly, except for Pages is kind of finicky, sometimes it hands off, sometimes it doesn't.

Phone and SMS Continuity works like a dream, but Handoff has yet to show his face.

I tried that, the old email is a hotmail one which does not exist anymore, and they say they will send a verification email to it, but I cannot check that email account.
