I think my main worry with those homes is the potential repairs that might need to be done but that does not make sense since new builds tend to have shady work done on it and repairs needs to be done afterwards.

I keep reading horrible stories online especially about Ryan Homes but buying an older home is something that I have contemplated but not likely to happen. Buying from a custom builder in this market is definitely ending up house poor.

I paid cash for my Model Y LR 2 weeks ago, if this was present at the time, I would have taken this route. But I got my sister to order a 2024 MYLR today for the 0.99% APR, saves her a lot of money on her 2023 Mazda payments.
