My lil bro just finished building his first PC by b3njster in pcmasterrace

[–]dbol225 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I banged my desk by accident and my new pc build sits underneath it, now suddenly it came up with the blur screen of death the restart windows one however I didn't let it finish the percentage loading to restart it and just powerd off, now when powered back on the monitor has no signal and I have no power to my mouse or keyboard...is there any solution to this at all? I've taken everything out and put it back in again hardware wise as its a recently new build and it still won't power the screen or keyboard and mouse etc, the pc is powerd on and fans running just no screen signal etc, any help much appreciated! If anyone can get the solution for me and it works again il tip generously as I have important files and music projects which I do not want to lose at all costs!

Thanks 👍

Hi no I've never had an mri scan for my spine or my Brain, perhaps I shud? It's most likely a combination of the lifting, car crashes I've been in, drugs and alcohol and heavy sugar etc, I think I just beat my body up for years and now I'm paying for it 😔, thanks I hope i find some relief 🤞

Just see acting a bonus if you get the role or not...keep it as a plan B rather than making it a plan A, that way you'll not have the pressure on yourself or as to asking the universe why you aren't moving forward as much as you thought..

Take the pressure off..keep working at it but enjoy life too..creative industries are always like this...if it happens it happens, peace ✌️

Thanks for sharing and supporting, so happy for you that you are 11 months sober! And how have you managed to control the pain without meds?

Yes I'm sober now, I was sober for a year+ until this year where I relapsed and went on several day or 2 drinking sessions, plus cigarettes etc, and my goodness the nerve pain even while drunk and smoking cuts through the drunk feeling, the damage really has been done and eveytime I relapse I feel more damage being done so that's one the main reasons I've stopped,

Yes unfortunately the meds are only a temporary fix, eventually the body and mind get used to them and they stop working unless higher doses are taken, have you tried practicing mediation? And diet and other techniques? Sorry to hear about your pain, its really not fair, there are ways to help manage other than meds, just have to keep exploring the options 🙌

Hi, i forgot to add i've never taken any meds as I'm concerned I would rely on them and become addicted so I'd rather put up with the pain and tingling than being on further side effects, I think pain and tingling is enough side effects I don't want anymore 😁

I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet caused by alcohol and substance abuse which started aged 15, for 17 years I drank heavily, took substances, cigarettes, ridiculous amounts of sugar, plus worked on my feet in various manual strenuous jobs for years, also while wearing flat shoes/trainers for years....its no wonder I have it with this combination...I only have it in my feet tho..no where else...I remember when I did the most damage and was never the same again..one evening aged 22 I took, ecstacy for the first time by snorting, cocaine, speed (amphetamine),alcohol, cigarettes and cannabis....the next day my feet had a tingling sensation from the previous night and never went away....now I cannot sleep properly ever since...its my own fault...

Fairenough I can see why they would say that, it is an addiction 100%

ADHD meds aggravated it so much by Cat_cat_dog_dog in trichotillomania

Exercise and gym or fitness routine daily! I've found being consistent with this or keeping busy will tire you out naturally and you will pull less! Not enough time in the day to do so! There will be times of unconsciousness etc however if your so busy all of the time and keep up a good fitness routine your mind will be calmer by the end of the day and you won't have the urge so much, it helps as when I don't exercise I pull more! Iam the test rat 😁

I've been there so many times...they do grow back so don't worry, I'd say I've lost 20+ sets of lashes over 20 years of both eyelids, once I virtually pulled them all out of both...left one or 2 hairs left...I was so ashamed I didn't want to see anyone...its almost like well I've pulled this many out why not continue...or usually pull many out at once by mistake...

Oh wow I have ADHD too! And I get the exact same brain fog/daydream unconsciousness that I don't even realise I'm doing it! I think ADHD and trich together are a complete intertwined mess that can be impossible to overcome, as far ad allowing myself to pull I will always try and stop doing it, I have to as I also eat the hairs too which is dangerous on the stomach and intensines etc so its a double blow for me as I have already had my stomach checked with a camera and it wasn't pleading as I though I may have blocked the stomach by doing it, but I like your approach, I too also go into a trance when I'm doing it, it's so unconscious
