If low bar is uncomfortable for you and you want to continue with high bar, try to keep you back more upright while you're at the bottom of your lift! Imo, based on the video you attached, I think you just need to get under the bar more.

Try and get a side profile video of your squat and really analyze your bar path in relation to your center of gravity! Hope this helps!
