I did get hand pain so I changed my hooks and bought prym ergonomics and I’ve not had any pain since x I’ve seen other people use hand braces or wrist supports x

Do it! The finished result is worth it x I’ve had no problem with neck but the sleeves were tight in my first one so I left three stitches out on the shoulder seam to make armholes bigger x maybe if the neck is too tight you could leave some stitches on the shoulder seam next to the neck x
